Bangkok Airways led by President Mr. Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth organised a press briefing event to announce its direct flight between Bangkok–Phu Quoc (Vietnam) as well as the photo exhibition “Phu Quoc… Pearl of Southern Vietnam.” The event was held at the Blue Ribbon Club Lounge of Bangkok Airways, Suvarnabhumi Airport and attended by many distinguished guests including H.E. Mr. Nguyen Hai Ban, Ambassador of Vietnam to the Kingdom of Thailand.

Mr. Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth said, “Located in the Gulf of Thailand, the beautiful Phu Quoc – known as Pearl Island, is Vietnam’s largest island.
